Custom Orders

• Booking: Your date is only secured once a 50% non-refundable deposit is paid.

• Finalization: Design details must be finalized 14 days prior to the event. Changes after this window may incur "Rush Design" fees.

• Accuracy: Clients are responsible for the accuracy of names/numbers provided for "Player ID" orders.

Shipping & Handling (Nationwide)

• Fulfillment: We ship via [UPS/FedEx/USPS] to the 48 contiguous states. Shipping dates are scheduled to allow for carrier transit times, but delivery dates are not guaranteed.

• Packaging: Every cookie is heat-sealed for freshness and bubble-wrapped for protection. We take extreme care in our "fortified packaging" process.

• Damage: Crumbles Bakeshoppe is not liable for breakage caused by carrier mishandling. While we do our best to ensure a safe arrival, the fragile nature of hand-piped icing means minor chips or breaks can occur. No refunds will be issued for broken cookies.

• Address Accuracy: We ship to the address provided at checkout. We are not responsible for packages delayed or returned due to incorrect addresses.

 

Porch Pickup (Local)

• Pickup Window: Orders are assigned a specific date/window in Olmsted Falls, OH.

• Liability Transition: Once an order is placed on the "Porch Pickup" station, Crumbles Bakeshoppe is no longer liable for theft, weather damage, or temperature-related issues (melting/condensation).

 

Pre-Orders & Seasonal Collections

• Payment: Seasonal packs must be paid in full at checkout.

• No Modifications: These are sold "as-is" with no design or flavor substitutions to maintain our small-batch efficiency.

 

Workshops & Classes

• Registration: Seats must be paid in full to secure a spot.

• Cancellations: Fees are non-refundable. You may transfer your seat to another person with 48-hour notice.

• Minimums: We reserve the right to cancel a class if minimum attendance isn't met; a full credit or refund will be issued in this case.

 

Gift Cards & Digital Products

• Usage: Digital gift cards are valid for any product or class and are not redeemable for cash.

• Expiration: They do not expire, though we encourage use within one year to account for menu updates.

Allergens & Food Safety

• Warning: Produced in a licensed kitchen handling wheat, eggs, dairy, and nuts. We cannot guarantee a 100% allergen-free environment.

• Shelf Life: Storage instructions are provided with every order to ensure artisanal quality is maintained.

 

Legal & Creative Rights

• Cancellations: 50% deposit is forfeited for any cancellation. Within 14 days of the date, the full balance is due.

• Creative License: We reserve the right to make minor design adjustments to ensure aesthetic and structural excellence.

• Marketing: We reserve the right to photograph all orders for marketing purposes unless a privacy request is submitted in writing before the bake date.
