Refund & CancellationPolicy
At Crumbles Bakeshoppe, we take immense pride in the artisanal quality of our cookies. Because our products are handcrafted, perishable, and often customized, we adhere to the following refund guidelines:
1. Custom Commissions (Bespoke Orders)

The 50% Deposit: All custom orders require a 50% non-refundable deposit. This secures your date on our artisanal calendar and covers the cost of administrative planning and specialty ingredient sourcing.

Cancellations: * More than 14 days before pickup/ship date: You will not be charged the remaining balance, but the 50% deposit remains non-refundable.

Within 14 days of pickup/ship date: No refunds or credits will be issued, as your order is already in the production phase.

Design Satisfaction: We put our hearts into every hand-piped detail. However, refunds will not be issued for "change of heart" regarding design or minor artistic variations.
2. Pre-Orders & Seasonal Collections

Final Sale: All pre-orders (Graduation packs, Holiday sets, etc.) are final sale at the time of purchase.

Missed Pickups: If you fail to pick up your order during your assigned 30-minute window, your cookies will be held for 24 hours. After that, they will be forfeited without a refund to ensure food safety and quality.
3. Workshops & Classes

Non-Refundable Seats: Class registrations are non-refundable. If you can no longer attend, you may transfer your seat to a friend or family member. Please notify us at orders@crumblesbakeshoppe.com at least 48 hours before the class to update the attendee name.

Studio Cancellations: In the rare event that we must cancel a class (due to illness or low enrollment), a full refund or credit for a future class will be issued.
4. Shipping & Damaged Goods

Carrier Handling: We take extreme care in our "fortified packaging" to prevent breakage. However, Crumbles Bakeshoppe is not responsible for damage caused by the shipping carrier.

* Reporting an Issue: If there is a qualitative issue with your order (e.g., incorrect flavor or missing items), please email us a photo of the product and packaging within 24 hours of receipt. We will review the issue and may offer a partial credit or replacement at our discretion.
5. Gift Cards

Digital gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
6. Processing Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will be processed back to your original payment method. Please note that banks typically take 5–10 business days to reflect the credit on your statement.
