Minimum Notice: A 14-day (2-week) lead time is strictly required for all custom orders. This window allows us to source specific materials, prepare custom icing colors, the design, and ensures your cookies have the necessary 24-hour cure time before sealing.

When consistency and clean design are the priority, The Essential Dozen makes a high-impact statement. This set is ideal for brand logos, specific character silhouettes, or elegant monogrammed plaques where a singular, cohesive look is desired. Every cookie is baked from our signature vanilla bean recipe and decorated to be a perfect, identical match to the rest of the set.

 

Step 1: Your Design Selection

To ensure a professional and uniform appearance, this dozen includes:

  • Design Consistency: All twelve (12) cookies will feature the exact same design.

  • Shape Selection: Limited to one (1) specific shape per dozen.

  • Color Palette: Choose up to four (4) distinct colors to bring your design to life.

 

 

Step 2: Quality & Packaging

  • Size: Standard-sized cookies (approximately 3.5 – 4 inches).

  • Freshness: Every cookie is individually heat-sealed to maintain peak "fresh-from-the-oven" flavor for 2–3 weeks.

  • Presentation: Your dozen is packaged in a professional bakery window box, ready for gifting or display.

  • Note: This listing is designed for a focused, streamlined aesthetic and does not include physical add-ons like tags, bows, or specialty individual wrapping.

 

Step 3: Fulfillment & Pickup

  • Production: Your order is secured on our calendar once the paid order or invoice is settled.

  • Fulfillment: Each batch is baked and hand-iced in the days leading up to your pickup to ensure maximum freshness.

  • Location: Local porch pickup (monitored by security cameras for your convenience).

  • Timing: You may collect your order anytime during the date you selected, after 12pm.

 

Important Ordering Notes

  • Cost Adjustments: Complex logos or intricate details may require a custom fee adjustment. We will reach out to discuss your design if any pricing changes are needed.

  • Design Finalization: All colors and shapes must be confirmed at the time of the initial order to meet the two-week requirement.

  • Availability: Our calendar fills quickly; we recommend booking as early as possible to secure your date.

Return & Refund Policy

We strive for excellence in every order; however, if you need to cancel, please note:

  • Fundraisers: Refunds for fundraiser packs are at our discretion and will be reduced by the donation amount given to the cause.

  • Custom Work: All custom orders include a 50% non-refundable deposit.

  • Notice Period: A 3-week cancellation notice is required for all other orders. All final refund decisions remain at the discretion of Crumbles Bakeshoppe.

Flash Sales & Limited Editions From time to time, we released specialty "Flash Sale" packs or themed extras. These are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Once they’re sold out, they’re gone! However, if you missed out, you can always reach out via a custom request to see if we can recreate the magic for you.

Finishing Touches

We offer a curated selection of "extras" to complete your gift, including hand-tied bows, custom tags, and coordinating cards. To include these in your order, please ensure you add the specific add-on products to your selection.

Allergen & Quality Standards

All of our items are crafted in a licensed commercial kitchen (Ohio), our bakery items contain wheat, dairy, and eggs. While this product is made without nut ingredients, it is produced in a facility that processes peanuts and tree nuts. Please note that these items are not gluten-free.

Fulfillment Details

After ordering, keep an eye out for a confirmation email containing your order details. On the pickup date you selected, we will send a notification that morning to let you know your treats are ready for you.

  • Location: Pickup is located in Olmsted Township.  Location specifics will be included on your completed order.
