How soon should orders be placed?You can order from our current products online and select your pickup dates. We make items each week to fill orders and requests. If you are looking for a custom order (something that is not currently listed in our shop), we recommend at least 2-4 weeks advance notice. Our custom order schedules fill up quickly and we book up to one year out. Items in our shop are purchased in full and are available for pickup based on the date/s selected. For custom orders, we require a non-refundable 50% deposit to hold and confirm your spot in order to design and plan, with the balance due on pick-up. We accept Cash, Venmo, Paypal, Square and online card payments. At times, we may offer pop-ups and participate in local markets to sell on-demand items. Those items are only available to purchase in person and we do not add all to our site.

What allergens are in your products?We strive to use only pure flavorings and natural, organic ingredients as we can source them. All of our items are routinely nut and tree-nut free (with the exceptions of any flavors used such as almond, hazelnut, etc. - or peanut flavored things upon request). However, all items come into contact with nuts and tree nuts from time to time as our kitchen is not nut-free. All baked items (at this time) use or come into contact with wheat, soy, dairy, gluten, and eggs. Please contact us if you have any specific requests.

Where are you located? Do you have a storefront?We operate out of a fully indpsected, licensed and commerical kitchen in the State of Ohio, Cuyahoga County that we rent on a full-time basis. That location is 8170 Mapleway Drive, Olmsted Falls, OH. We do not have a commercial storefront at this time, but at times, will rent or leverage display space to offer pop-up shops on a periodic basis. We do offer free local pickup in Olmsted Township and/or delivery and shipping for a charge. Please contact us for more information if you are looking for something specific.

Do you ship and/or deliver?Yes! We can ship or deliver all of our items with the exception of cupcakes, for an additional cost.

How long do your items stay fresh?Each item we make has a different shelf life, which we can detail with orders. All items are baked and packaged fresh, and most can be frozen for future consumption, with the exception of a few (cake balls, crispy treats, marshmallow pops). When ordering, we do our best to package items in food safe packaging that will help it retain freshness for as long as possible. Almost all cookies come individually packaged in food safe heat-sealed bags. They will remain fresh in these bags for 2-3 weeks as packaged, but can also be frozen for enjoyment at a later time. When placing an order, ask us how they can remain tasty and beautiful!

What is your menu and item costs?We strive to provide a quality item for an appropriate price. Baked goods can be for anyone, but custom treats are not always everyone's cup of tea. We focus on quality treats with beautiful designs and amazing taste. We are a boutique-style bakery and do not always have your run of the mill items. Our MENU page provides details on what we offer and starting costs for each, including minimum order requirements. We are continually building out our menu of offerings, so check back often. Design complexity, total colors and custom packaging can increase these costs, so it's always a good idea to have an 'inspiration' picture of something you are looking for so we can provide a best quote. Of course, we can customize any sort of creation for your gift, gathering or event...pricing will be discussed during an online consult after a custom request form has been submitted.

Do you offer specialty packaging; such as individual boxes, tags or ribbons?Yes! We can create a variety of beautiful packaging options for an additional cost.

Do you provide donations?We are passionate about working with organization that are close to our heart and values, and do what we can at times throughout the year to support them. With that said, however, we are a small business and get many requests for donations and unfortunately, cannot respond to them all. We will have a donation request page up in the near future, but if you have a question about donations in the interim, please submit a request through our CONTACT page.

How long in advance does a custom order need?Our schedules fill up very quickly. We suggest that if you have a request for an event or celebration to get your request in as early as possible so we can work through a quote, design and getting you on our schedule. At a MINIMUM, we request 10 days notice for a quick turnaround. Anything less than 10 days will require a rush fee to be added if we can fit it in. All of our designs are small batch and many items take a decent amount of time to design and color. Check out our specials page for items we make on an ongoing basis and may have ability for sooner (however, keep in mind most of these items are not customizable).

Do you offer gluten-free, sugar-free and/or vegan items?At this time, our menu includes marshmallow pops and crispy treats that are gluten sensitive. Our kitchen is not gluten-free, sugar-free or vegan so we cannot commit to a totally 'free' item.

Do you offer corporate and/or wholesale pricing?We work with a large number of corporate organizations who we develop corporate and wholesale product and pricing for. If you are interested working with us, please contact us from our contact page.
